1. Introduction & Acceptance
By inquiring about, purchasing, or utilizing digital services provided by SK Digital Marketing ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not engage our services.
2. Scope of Services
SK Digital Marketing offers digital solutions including:
- VPN Services: Privacy-oriented virtual private network configuration assistance for public and untrusted networks (1,600 PKR/year).
- Canva Pro Services: Graphic design assistance, template development, and authorized subscription guidance (200 PKR/year).
- Netflix Services: Subscription assistance for legitimate streaming on supported platforms (1,500 PKR/month).
- Facebook Page Services: Business page creation, branding asset optimization, profile/cover design, and content planning.
3. Prohibited Uses & Platform Compliance
We pride ourselves on 100% legitimate operations. You agree not to request, and we will not provide:
- Stolen, cracked, hacked, or unauthorized accounts
- Fake followers, fake likes, artificial reviews, or bot engagement
- Account bypass methods, unauthorized account sharing, or piracy
- Services that violate the intellectual property, community guidelines, or terms of service of any third-party platform
4. Inquiries, Quotations & Orders
Pricing is clearly communicated and confirmed on WhatsApp prior to commencement. Prices can be quoted in PKR, USD, INR, or AED based on customer preference. A service engagement begins once scope and price are mutually agreed upon via WhatsApp.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear project requirements, brand assets, and adhering to local laws. For third-party platforms (such as Meta, Canva, or Netflix), clients are responsible for maintaining compliance with those platforms' respective terms.
6. Revisions & Satisfaction
For design and setup services, we provide reasonable revisions as agreed upon during order confirmation to ensure your final assets meet your expectations.
7. Limitation of Liability
SK Digital Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use third-party platforms, connectivity disruptions, or third-party service provider policy changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
